ReplyDeleteBreathing in and out systematically for me feels great. I do it on a daily basis for about twenty minutes and after the exercise i feel rejuvenated from head to toe. I am able to clear mental confusion and lack of focus by breathing. I support you on the cup of decaf coffee as well. Great article!
