I can bring home the bacon,
Fry it up in a pan.

Hey, Big Sweater
The minute you walk in the gym
Perspiration starts to fly right off you.
The janitor wants to mop you.
Hey, big sweater,
Don’t…
Get your sweat on me.
Lol! The post-workout mix seems to hold the most truth in my life.
ReplyDeleteIt moves me. :D

Hah! I had fun trying to figure out where each of these songs "really" come from. It's actually not that easy. I got them all except "I can bring home the bacon" and "The post workout mix."
ReplyDeleteYou're obviously not as ancient as I am, Brian. "I can bring home the bacon" is from an Enjoli perfume commercial from the 80's and the post-workout one is from the iconic Meow Mix commercial.
DeleteYeah Jack the Enjoli perfume commercial is slightly before my time. The Meow Mix makes perfect sense. I don't know how I didn't see it.
ReplyDeleteThe bacon song made me laugh. I tried adding some music in the background and got my son to sing it. Was hilarious lol
ReplyDeleteHA HA. What a funny post and I actually sang most of the song lyrics using my own tune. HA HA. I can really relate to the I want my Body Back. HA HA. Oh, how I wish that it would be an easy thing to do.
ReplyDeleteToo Funny! Gotta say my favorite is the "I want my body back". Classic. Thanks for sharing.
