  1. Welcome back!!!! It's a crazy world we live in! Five kids living here, too many snacks, running out of bread, but hey, I can easily pass up storemade bread...the next step could be my undoing: making it from scratch...uh oh.

  2. I'm so glad you're back and hope you are successful in your efforts. Your quote today was pretty true, at least for me. I do find it hard to eat what I think I should eat rather than what I want to eat. What I want to eat is healthy, but too many carbs for my metabolism. Bring on the rice and beans! And a beer or two! Oh, but wait! That will not lead to looser pants! Darn it anyway.
