Down it goes! :-) Hey, if this is helping you keep consistency, I say go for it. I know many don't like to weigh but personally, the scale & my clothes both help me & I think it does have a place in weight loss for many people. It certainly can provide feedback! ;-)
Truthfully, I hate to make it all about the scale because I know it's easy to get frustrated when the numbers don't move. I just need the day-to-day accountability to ratchet up the process, or at least I do right now.
I have to admit, I'm lovin the daily scaley. :)
