You read that right: point one, baby!
That sounds much better than one-tenth of a pound, doesn’t it?
If I keep things rolling at this rate, I could lose over 5 lbs. in a year.
That’s 50 lbs. in 10 years.
And 500 lbs in 100 years!
And I’m sorry, but if me losing 500 lbs doesn’t impress you, well then… what have I gotta do?
You crack me up. A loss is a loss. Enjoy your 0.1. I went the opposite way last week.
ReplyDeleteBeat ya, Jack! Mine was .2 this week. Gotta love it!

ReplyDeleteBwahahaha! Congratulations, that's really BIG, 'cause a loss is a LOSS! Yay!
ReplyDeletetoo funny...I have settled into an eating program that will cause a just over half a pound loss per month (I hope...we will see on the first) It really is about long term success. 500 pounds sounds very impressive to me ;o)
ReplyDeleteIt is not a gain - "winner"! ;-) Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteKeep it going!
