  7. I tend to forget this, being so focused on food calories. Once I looked up the nutrition information of my beloved Starbucks latte, I made the switch to the skinny version and only have it now and then as a treat.

  14. My sister gave me a personalized Tervis Tumbler for Christmas and I've been drinking water non-stop because it stays cold. Amazing how the "perfect cup" can make a difference.

    give me a glass of vino and I'm happy.. now just to learn to drink water again... hrmmm.
