Note: Here's the really scary part. I checked the date on that "before" photo and it the middle of May, or roughly a month (and 20 lbs or so down) into my journey. I didn't have the guts to take one earlier... well... that was a poor choice of words...
I just splurted mineral water out of my nose and over my keyboard, laughing. I LOVE your silent posts. Thank you Jack! (And well done.)

Great post! I admire anyone who does these "exposed" posts! I am contemplating it but I know coworkers read my blog and don't know if they really need to be seeing that!
