  15. Love the Jack Sh*t Players! A good message too! I want to add that high blood pressure can also be inherited. My son who is 21, skinny and physically active has mild hypertension as does his dad and as did his granddad. He doesn't like the idea of taking medication at his age but realizes the importance of it.

  23. Haha! Footie looks like that orange monster from the Bugs Bunny/WB cartoons. I want to do its nails and remark how "monsters are such INteresting people." But, oh yeah, about HBP, very very good point.

  25. Where do you come up with this sh*t?

  26. You are extremely strange but I find myself helplessly addicted to you. I think you hit that weird spot in my soul that has been empty for so long.
Enjoying my incredible bike in an insane fashion. I now have a basket but need something more stable than yellow yarn to secure it to Lulubelle. My husband is now joining me in a nightly ride, which is a completely unexpected joy. I knew I would ride with the kids but never thought he would. Today I rode to the school to take a kid his glasses then hit the grocery store. Yes, I had a goofy smile on my face the entire time.
    Big hugs to you Jack.

  30. Awesome! Although I must question the mixed message of informing the public of the dangers of high blood pressure and then encouraging the consumption of s'mores! ;)

  34. I've never seen a better and more humorous way to warn about high blood pressure! You remind me of some of the coolest teachers I had growing up - ya know, the ones that make the subject interesting so you remember it? :)

    Thanks for being awesome!

  41. My dad just had a stroke a couple of weeks ago, due to unchecked high blood pressure. He is on meds for it now, but he's lucky because it could have been much worse. Both of my brothers suffer from it as well, and while they have both been overweight, my dad never has been. He's always been in excellent health until the stroke. It's good to get it checked even if you don't think you have a problem. Thank you for warning people about this. Hilarious as always, though. ;)
