Give It A Spin
It’s kind of an old-school trick, spinning plates on sticks.
It involves action, planning, concentration, focus… the same kind of things that can make us more successful as we make our way along this losing weight/healthy living path.
That’s kind of how I think of my life right now: trying to keep everything spinning on every front.
Eating better… spin, spin, spin.
Exercising every day… spin, spin, spin.
Try to keep a healthy balance with work, life and family… spin, spin, spin.
It’s looks so simple… just a plate and a stick, patience and movement.
Like most things in life, it’s probably harder to start things moving than to keep them going.
Another thing about a spinning plate…
It’s hard to eat a lot off it.
