Emotion: Mad as Hell and I'm not gonna eat it anymore!
It’s a little frustrating, this two-step I’ve been doing with the scale lately.
Overeating. Underachieving.
Overblogging? (possibly). Underwhelming effort? (certainly)
Overdoing it. Underdoing it.
And all that combines for a mushy middle.
I might just have to do something drastic… like eat less and exercise more.
It’s time to get fit or get off the pot.

You'll get there Jack. Overblogging is better than not blogging at all. Glad you're still here...that's half the battle. Not disappearing. Make it a great week!! :)
ReplyDeleteIf the pot contains pizza and cupcakes, definitely get off it. Seriously, we all fall off the wagon once in a while, but here's a tip. When you fall off, run like mad to get back on again.

ReplyDeleteUgh - over eating...what a curse! I have a suggestion for ya though: before you put anything in your mouth, drop it on the floor. If you're able to pick it up, wash it off and still eat it (fruits, veggies), then eat it! If it's filled with dirt and un-washable (pizza, burger), well, now you can't eat it anyways...I mean, I hope you won't eat it anyways...

ReplyDeleteYou know what it takes, you just have to DO IT! Food is at least 75 to 80% and the exercise is just as important too...
