This is the part of the program where I explain what W.I.D.T.H. (Why I Do This Here) is all about and implore you to send me your notes detailing why you're on this weight loss and/or healthy living kick. However, I'm taking the month of October off to see the world (can you believe that I have not seen the world yet?).
