  1. I've had a shit day with the scale as well.. the scale in my gym has a virus! It lied to me all these days, only for me to find out today that I'm actually 4 kilos/ 8.8 pounds heavier than I thought I was.. PISSED OFF..FU Scale..

  2. Make sure the food is in line... that is such a huge part of this & of course per my post last week - the 65 pound soda - liquids can add a lot of pounds too.. not just soda but booze. You can do this Jack!
