I had to google "types of cheese" and go through wikipedia through LOTS of different kinds of cheese before it hit me: VelVEEta cheese! he he he he ... ain't I funny! Vee at http://veegettinghealthy.blogspot.com

Jack, if you have an Amazon shop, put up a link to that cookbook so you can get some cash when we all buy it. I LOVE CHEESE, and I AM GOING TO BUY that cookbook.
The Incredible Swissing Woman, or Colbygirl2490. Not Your Cheese- hee hee hee! Speaking of cheese, this recipe book looks really GOUDA! I love cheese. Cheese does not love me. Hence, my blog. Does the book include recipes where you write your name with cheese? Cause cutting the cheese (GROAN) is way to hard- I just wanna bend my finger a little and enjoy...
Colby "Jack", since my name is Colby, it's super easy to just add Cheese to it,or Jack, or Shredded, or aged, or just about any other Cheese describer...Colby cheese really is my favorite though...
OK I want that cheese hat!! But no, no its nacho-cheeze hat!!! I think I remember eddie murphy doing that back in like the 80s but he probably ripped it off someone else back in the 60s cuz thats how life is--things you notice when you become ancient! hehehe....
Hey.. I take insult with this post! (I'm from Green Bay! - Favre Sucks) I would love that cheese book! Do you how much cheese we eat?! Seriously! Awesome photos, btw.
Cheese Name: Little Cindy "Lou Palou" Cheese from whoville.
Had to go to cheese.com to find a name.
Definition - From southwest France, Lou Palou is usually made from ewe's milk which results in a strong, full, tangy flavor. The rind is thick and black and individual cheeses weigh anywhere from 8 to 13 lbs.
Jack, your posts are absolutely delightful!!! I'm in Canada, so assume the cheese coupons wouldn't be usable here, so no entry required for the draw, but I'll call myself Rozequfort Blue just 'cause it's fun! And I love cheese!!!
I make an appetizer similar to that one where I marinate the watermelon in a mint, jalapeno and green onion vinagarette, then skewer a piece of feta on the watermelon with a toothpick. Magical pairing.
