How I Lost 20 Pounds In Two Days

Some folks will tell you that it’s impossible to lose 20 pounds in two days.

“Balderdash!” I say.

They’ll tell you that losing 20 pounds in two days can’t be done without lopping off a limb.

“Horse-hockey!” I declare. Besides, how do you even know any of your limbs weigh 20 exactly pounds? Have you ever weighed them separately? Well, have you?

No, I’m here to tell you that it CAN be done, and I’m going to share the secret with you for free because that’s the kind of well-meaning sumbitch I am.


Day 1 - Make a plan to exercise each day and stay within a recommended calorie/fat range.

Day 2 - Remember to implement this plan six weeks ago.

Weigh-in on June 1: 276.8 lbs.
Weigh-in on July 6: 256.6 lbs.
Loss: 20.2 lbs.

So get out there and start six weeks ago!
