“Horse-hockey!” I declare. Besides, how do you even know any of your limbs weigh 20 exactly pounds? Have you ever weighed them separately? Well, have you?

Day 1 - Make a plan to exercise each day and stay within a recommended calorie/fat range.
Day 2 - Remember to implement this plan six weeks ago.
Weigh-in on June 1: 276.8 lbs.
Weigh-in on July 6: 256.6 lbs.
Loss: 20.2 lbs.
