Of course, I DID set my scale back ten pounds for Daylights Slimming Time.

Last weigh-in: 263.8
Current weight: 263.8
Loss: 0.0
Total loss since re-start: 6.2 lbs.

Goal for coming week: Don’t "fall back" into bad habits.
