    For me, today, it is all about the making time to focus and in my own irreverent way PRAY.
    To remember that praying or meditating doesnt change things---it changes ME and *I* change things.

    Having a really down day as I can't exercise due to an injury, but your post reminded me it's today, not forever, and doesn't mean the last 11 months are about to go down the pan unless I let them.

  20. Great post! It can take only one bad day to lead to a bad, well forever, if we let it. Although difficult never let one setback be the catalyst for a downward spiral. We need to pick ourselves up by the bootstraps, dust ourselves off, and get back on the proverbial horse. We can do it!

  47. I like the quote at the end. When I'm having a rough day at work, or at the gym, I always try to remember that rough days have ends, and tomorrow can bring anything I choose it to. Thanks for the reminder.
