Why I Do This Here

Sorry to break out the hillbilly-speak, but it simply couldn’t be helped. This note gathering project got me more excited than a monkey with a grease gun.

Turns out there’s something pretty powerful about the process of taking a big sentiment … such as “Why do I want to lose weight?” or “Why do I want to get healthy?”… and boiling it down to a note card.

I was so impressed and flabbergasted by the responses I got on this project that I’ve decided to stretch it out as far as it’ll go. So send me your note cards, with your hopes and dreams synopsized onto a 3x4 inch card (or whatever you’ve got around the home or office). Email them to JackSh.tGettinFit@gmail.com (and don't forget to include a blog link if you'd like that included).

I want to be healthy, I want to be fit, I want to be able to live a life where I am not limited by the things I can do. I want to be the best version of me that I can be!
