Thank You, Holidays for Making Me Your B*tch

THE (SEMI)WEEKLY PHYSIQUELY
Last weigh-in: 236.6 lbs.
Loss: -+4.6

It all reminds me of the ancient story of the Little Goat Herder who lived in the hills along the mountains of Munnar, where the strange-looking tea plantations sat in amongst some of the cooler corners of Kerala, and who gains four to five pounds during the holidays. I HATE THAT STORY!

Speaking of the holidays, check out what my kick-ass wife Anita surprised me with for Christmas...

It's a nice reminder that my health and my future are always going to be closely tied together (and I suppose it's also a reminder that I need to finish cleaning the garage...)

  2. Don't get discouraged...if it happened in one week or so, you'll probably just sh*t it out! Drink a lot of water force that crap out of your body. And I think your wife rocks! Awesome gift!

  3. What a fabulous gift! I laughed when I got to the cleaning out the garage part of your post - I'd been thinking my living room survived the holidays better than yours. Oh wait, that's your GARAGE? Never mind!

  11. The news tells us that holiday weight gain is really only 1 pound but I hear differently from others like you. Back to it Jack & I know you will... it will come off once you get back to the non holiday stuff!

    Nice gift!

  15. I lost weight this year. I can only tell you how I did it here and not on my own site 'cause Mom may read it.
So I sit down to enjoy some of Moms Christmas cookies and they are a little soggy. I figure I better let her know before she serves them to company. There soggy because they are the defrosted leftovers from last year. Oh wait, they might be from the year before! She isn't sure. What!! She's trying to kill us! Super Diet!!
