How Do You Lose Weight Without Really Trying?

  3. yes you can. You enter a century (or longer ) ride and train you ass off for it. You enter an Ironman or an ultra or even a marathon and you train your ass off for it. And you get to pretty much eat what you want and you will still lose weight, because once you fuel with the good stuff your body craves, you are too tired to stay up or get up and snack so you lose weight...without even trying! (I just completed a 300+ mile bike ride last week and ate everything in site and am still trying to put the weight back on I lost-try it you may like it!)

  5. To lose weight we must try, because if not we can't have results and we won't be able to achieve our goals. Personally, I tried so much until I've found a weight loss program at http://www.skinvitality.ca which sounded quite interesting. I'm following it for 6 months now and the results are visible.
