  8. Darn it Jack....now I'm going to have to eat sushi tonight...I can hear the little packages calling my name from here, and I'm in the office and the supermarket is half a mile away!

Maybe someone could invent sushi that can't shout my name quite so loudly??? No, on second thoughts, let them keep calling.

  9. Just to be obstinate, I'd use the chopsticks! Seems to prefer making things harder for myself. Weird. R.L.

  10. A-men my brother. Whatever works for you... or me... or anyone. Less is more is about the only rule. That is unless you are on WW---- then more fruit and vegetables is more!

    Thanks Jack!

  12. Amen. I'm so happy to hear when people who have lost weight say things like this. It gives hope to those of us (me) who are struggling to ignore all the ads for the latest and greatest pill, scheme, program, delivery system, etc, and instead just find out what works for us. Thanks.

    Also . . . now I'm craving sushi. Sigh.

  17. I love how you convey your messages! This one had a double meaning for me because when I arrived in Japan 5 years ago I couldn't use chopsticks at all :) but I figured it out and did it my own way!
