Jack, that first pic stopped me in my tracks. My Dad went by the name Goldie & it just hit me like a brick even though I knew what you were saying! My dad has been gone since 1999 & still hit me.
Saying that, what a message! Loved it & to me, a tribute to my dad!
Jack...how do you do it...Every day? you are always "ON"! By far, your blog is my favorite and the funniest. I'm assuming however that since the "players" took over for you today its because the C25K is still working! Great posts my friend! I log on each morning to see what you're up to.
I am so sorry I have not been by in a while...soo busy training for Nashville and getting my own workout on..or meal planning or writing my own diddies that help me along...but oh how I miss your creative humor...perhaps after Nashville I will have more time to troll some other blogs at least a little bit..
