I drink mine with 2...I am the same way with coffee. I drink mine with 2 percent...but i tried to drink it with splenda. It KILLS the flavor of the coffee. So now I cut back to two cups with sugar. Otherwise after I drink my coffee I feel like I too, suffered. It's the one thing I really enjoy. I have told peo...This sums up my approach so well. I have told people that one of my strategies was to eat food that I love. I never put it in the context of suffering but that is a good description of my approach. I love chocolate, if I don't have chocolate, I raid the kids halloween candy. So, instead of raiding, I have my chocolate and I buy my favorite so I enjoy every bite. <br /><br />I love soup too since losing weight. Enough that when school had my 5 year old fill out a fact sheet about mommy, she said my favorite food was soup.kwithmenoreply@blogger.com
